Let’s talk LGBTQ+ inclusive wedding vendors and venues.

We’ve unfortunately heard horror stories about vendors or venues turning away LGBTQ+ couples.

This is heartbreaking and shouldn’t be a concern as you’re planning your happy day. At Let's Talk Eventz, we wanted to compile a helpful resource to highlight a few of our favorite inclusive, diverse vendors!

We work consistently with some incredible vendors and venues in Phoenix, Arizona. If you have had a positive experience with an inclusive wedding vendor or venue in another city, please share in the comments!

Before we get to our list, let us share a couple helpful tips.

HOW TO FIND AN LGBTQ+ INCLUSIVE WEDDING PLANNER

Zola allows couples to search specifically for LGBTQ+ friendly wedding planners and vendors! Zola also provides additional tools to help you stay organized while wedding planning.

HOW TO ASK IF A WEDDING VENDOR IS LGBTQ+ INCLUSIVE

There are several sneaky ways to determine whether a wedding planner or vendor is LGBTQ+ inclusive:

Browse photo galleries or portfolios.
Stalk social media posts.
Evaluate website and social media language.

However, it might be easiest to explicitly ask. Introduce yourselves as a couple and simply ask whether the business is inclusive and supportive. It’s always good to ask for samples or pictures from previous work!

Should you happen to find a vendor that isn’t friendly, feel free to post a review to help others in the LGBTQ+ community.
